What I envy most about the British (besides their vicinity to the rest of Europe’s fabulous places) is the indelible charm that seems to flow throughout its landscape.
If you are lucky enough to be in London for the royal wedding, I suggest a visit to some of my favorite places before joining the throngs at Westminster Abbey. (Reservations are highly recommended)
Check out these quirky gems:
Les Trois Garcons is described as ‘colonial kitsch’. Situated in a converted Victorian pub from 1880, owners Michel and Stefan have created a dining and cocktail experience to remember.
Behind the restaurant is Loungelover, where kitsch meets cocktails. No two views are the same as you imbibe in this showroom-like lounge.
Take a piece of England home with you at Maison Trois Garcons lifestyle shop— the epitome of Englishness.
